Mark Saxenmeyer interviews Dr. Kent Kirk, Dr. Robert Gerowitz, Brent Hanson, Steven Post, Richard Zickefoose, Barbara Berney, an anonymous patient of Dr. Randy Epstein, and others.  Brent Hanson and Richard Zickefoose were both patients at TLC Laser Eye Centers.  

Glenn Hagele previously described TLC's treatment of Brent Hanson to the press as:

"a gesture that goes above and beyond the call of corporate duty..."

Glenn Hagele has also falsely claimed that Brent Hanson had been successfully sued by TLC for owning internet domain names based on TLC executive names:

"Hanson created an anti-refractive surgery, anti-TLC website then proceeded to secure several website addresses using the names of TLC executives.  Things like www.davideldridge.com would have railing against the former TLC Executive Vice President for clinical affairs. Eventually, TLC successfully sued Hanson and gained control of the offending websites.  BTW, Dr. Eldridge is a CRSQA trustee, so consider the perceived bias."

In contrast, Glenn Hagele has operated web sites at brenthanson.info, richardzickefoose.com, arielberschadsky.com, deankantis.com, dommorgan.com, elviragalindo.com, lauranellburch.com, and paulacofer.com.  Glenn Hagele has also threatened to publish the social security numbers of the same patients.
